Resort Manager

JOB OVERVIEW: The Resort Manager is the Operational Leader responsible for supporting the Managing Director in all Resort operations, in order to coordinate and maximize physical and human resources. Key to this is the operational component with a goal of achieving optimum standards of service and value to members and hotel guests. This role encompasses traditional responsibilities that a Resort Manager would cover which fall under what is essentially the Director of Operations/AGM auspices. Given the vibrant and dynamic operations at Horseshoe Bay, this is an elevated role which reports to the Managing Director and is part of the Executive Committee. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Manage efficient operation and cost control of all resort departments and facilities. Ensure rooms and public areas are consistently maintained to standards of attractiveness, comfort and cleanliness. Oversee a Food and Beverage Director who ensures that standards of quality, innovation, service and presentation are of the highest caliber. Drive the attainment and maintenance of service levels that exceed expectations. Represent the Resort in a positive and productive way to guests, members, colleagues and the community. Ensure the proper maintenance of the resort's physical facilities in order to provide for associate and guest safety, orderly operations, proper appearance, legal compliance, suitable working conditions and cost control. Ensure appropriate systems and controls are in place and able to produce regular and accurate information for internal and Crescent Hotels & Resorts use. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: An Operations leadership role at a full-service resort 5 years' experience in resort management, including specialized knowledge in management disciplines (Finance/Administration, Rooms, F&B, etc.) Demonstrated success in the coaching and utilization of people, as well as in managing and coordinating (planning, scheduling, organizing, decision making and problem solving).

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
