We are a leader in baby equipment rentals that deliver fully sanitized and CPSC approved baby equipment for traveling families, hotels and individuals expecting visiting infants and toddlers. We specialize in the delivery, setup and removal of baby gear in locations across multiple States. Representatives work independently to supply exceptional customer service to clients within their territory as well as maintaining inventory to assure each customer has an excellent rental experience. This Austin / Marble Falls, TX Territory Representative/Customer Service position is a Part-Time to Full-Time role specializing in Order Fulfillment, Customer Service, Logistics, Inventory Maintenance and Brand Advocacy in an established territory. The Territory Representative is at the forefront of our efforts to fulfill orders in a timely manner while maintaining high quality of equipment to assure the client experience is excellent and will become a repeat customer. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, goal oriented and have the ability to work independently while remaining excited to learn and grow as Representative of our team. Additionally, the candidate must be able to comfortably explain and educate customers and various hospitality outlets about the company's services, and build relationships for referrals. Territory Representatives must be able to communicate comfortably with customers providing information about products and demonstrating features to assure customers understand the use of the items. Requirements: Responsible for establishing and maintaining professional business relations with hospitality outlets to encourage referral business. Duties include customer service, product familiarity, excellent time management, and quality maintenance of inventory. Ability to influence others to share enthusiasm for both the company and the service. Position requires gathering competitive intelligence within the territory. Maximize visibility through relationship building with referral sources. Effectively communicate with customers on a warm and friendly level and communicate with personnel in a prompt and clear manner. Ability to problem solve and effectively communicate issues with both personnel and customers. Ability to plan in advance and troubleshoot challenges to avoid problems. Work with Management to create and implement strategic marketing campaigns to increase sales within territory. Meet and exceed customer service and quality maintenance to continuously provide the best customer experience and satisfaction. Responsible for completion of all assigned orders within designated territory. Possess the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitively changing environment with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines. Participate in required conference calls and meetings as required Must have weekend availability along with a flexible weekday availability to ensure order completion for all clients. Required Skills: Confidence communicating with customers by phone and in person 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred Must be using a web enabled device (Smartphone or computer) with an active data plan Must be able to respond quickly to all communications within company and with customers. Ability to locate customer addresses and manage logistics for delivery & pickup of equipment Computer proficient Excellent communication skills -- both verbal and written Access to internet for email correspondence and report submissions Must have the willingness and ability to build relationships in hospitality settings on behalf of the company Professional image and approach to business Must have an appropriate vehicle for transporting equipment to customers. (SUV, Crossover, truck or van) Friendly demeanor, easy to approach, energetic, goal oriented Quick learner who is self-motivated Ability to self-manage and allocate time effectively Possess a high degree of initiative, exercises judgment and exhibits a high level of creativity Positive, flexible and focused, with an emphasis on a can do, hands on approach and philosophy Ability to operate independently and proactively Need to be self-motivated, confident and professional Must have appropriate vehicle to transporting equipment Employment contingent on successfully completing background and drug screen. Must be eligible to work in USA Physical Job Requirements: Bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling and moving items Requires the ability to deliver and setup equipment Walking, Standing, Moving equipment up/down stairs Identifying equipment and compiling reports as requested Requires recognizing, identifying products to complete orders Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently MUST answer the phone and respond to communications in a timely manner (within an hour) Respond by email to this post. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
