We are in need of cleaning contractors to help with our growing number of properties to clean and get ready for guests.
Cleaning gigs appear when the property owners send requests to us.
We notify available cleaning contractors at that moment and allow them to choose if they want to work on that cleaning.
First come, first serve, and there is always a backup per cleaning.
Some properties will require two people (bring a partner if you like), but others will be a one-person job.
We onboard before sending you out for cleanings.
This is the perfect contractor job for someone needing flexibility and wanting the ability to have the option of working or not.
You can take as many or as few property cleaning gigs as you like.
Gigs will pay an average of $20 per hour.
Time for cleanings can range from 4 to 1 hour, depending on the property size, laundry, etc.
All gigs start at either 10 am or 11 am unless there are exceptional circumstances.
Weekends a big plus! It will be a 1099 contractor position.
