Manager Supply Chain Operations at Baylor Scott & White Health in Marble Falls, TX
JOB SUMMARY The Manager, Supply Chain Service Line Operations is responsible for continuously reviewing Surgical Services, Interventional Radiology and Cardiovascular Care for Baylor Scott & White Health (BSWH) supply and equipment costs and identifying, evaluating and implementing the needed actions to reduce costs. The Manager acts as a key player in various value analysis teams (VAT) to reduce supply costs and demonstrates strong critical thinking skills, problem solving and proactive approach to leading and anticipating needs. In addition, this role works with the other service line and supply chain leadership members in seeking and implementing supply chain efficiencies and savings. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE Supervise Supply Chain Services (SCS) staff as assigned by corporate operations senior leadership. Supervise, coordinate, facilitate and implement standardized processes and systems related to inventory control within Surgical Services, Interventional Radiology and Cardiovascular Care for Baylor Scott & White Health. Serve as liaison between Supply Chain Services, Surgical Services, Interventional Radiology, Cardiovascular Care and Central Processing departments to ensure effective and efficient management of supplies, instruments and equipment. Manage the process and personnel related to materials acquisition, receiving and distribution and coordination of PAR levels for Surgical Services, Interventional Radiology and Cardiovascular Care. Ensure the standardization of processes based on Supply Chain Services best practices to maximize efficiencies of SCS as a whole. A minimum of 5 years experience required CERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION:
Drivers License (TXDL):
If moving from out of state must obtain valid TX DL within 90 days of hire.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
